A day on the bench
Site visits are the spine of mining output monitoring and equipment utilization analysis here. The charts come after the walk, not instead of it.
Before we arrive
We ask for a pit map, recent shift sheets, and a named contact who can open gates and introduce us to each shift. Helmets and high-visibility vests are ours. Induction follows the site’s own rules, including blasting windows.
During the visit
Morning is usually the face and the haul road. Afternoon is the crusher queue and the weighbridge. Night shifts, when scoped, are watched rather than reconstructed from memory. We copy sheets; we do not remove them from the office.
After the visit
Charting happens in Binh Chanh. The findings meeting is booked before we leave the site when possible. If you want the assignment itself, start with the equipment utilization study or write to us with the site name and the fleet.
