How a quote is built
Rates follow the days on the bench, the number of fleets, and whether you want a one-off study or a monthly briefing. There is no shelf price that fits every quarry.
Starting points we use in conversation
An equipment utilization study typically begins around 48,000,000 VND for a single small quarry fleet (one loader circuit and a handful of trucks) with two site days and a findings meeting. Larger pits with night shifts, multiple benches, or a crusher circuit are quoted higher because observation hours grow.
Shift output charting is quoted per month of sheets. A complete set of daily pit and plant logs for one operation often starts near 12,000,000 VND for the first pack, then less for repeat months once the delay codes are stable.
A monthly utilization briefing is a retainer after the first study, commonly from 9,000,000 VND per month for one site, issued by the fifth working day. Pit-to-plant delay mapping is quoted per circuit; a three-day walk of one haul road and crusher queue often starts near 22,000,000 VND plus travel.

What we do not bill as a product
We do not sell software seats, annual licences, or “tiers.” Travel and printed packs appear as lines on the same quote as the field days. A deposit of 40% holds the study week; the balance is due when the bound report is handed over.
