How the study proceeds

1. Scoping call to confirm which benches, fleets, and shifts to watch
2. On-site observation and collection of existing shift sheets
3. Charting of output tonnes and equipment hours
4. Findings meeting at the site office or at our Binh Chanh rooms

Share recent shift sheets, a pit map, and names of the shift bosses who can walk the circuit with us.

Limits we work within

Night shifts and blasting windows may limit observation hours; we schedule around them rather than asking crews to change the plan.
