Terms of engagement

These terms apply when you enquire about or commission work from Panel Birchhub Company Limited (“we”), registered in Vietnam, for mining output monitoring and equipment utilization analysis. By sending an enquiry or accepting a written quote you accept these terms.

Assignments

Work is described in a written quote: site days, charts to be produced, meetings, and travel. We perform professional field and desk analysis. We do not transfer ownership of third-party records; your shift sheets remain yours. Our charts and bound reports are licensed to you for internal operations meetings.

Intellectual property

You keep your logs, maps, and photographs. We keep our templates, delay-code libraries developed across sites, and the manner of drawing charts. The specific report for your site may be copied inside your company. It may not be resold as a product.

Liability

Charts interpret the records you provide and the hours we observe. They are not a safety certificate, a production guarantee, or a legal survey. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the assignment that gave rise to the claim, except where Vietnamese law forbids such a limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Courts in Ho Chi Minh City have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
