Panel Birchhub Company Limited is the data controller for personal information sent through this website or by email to hello@panel-birchhub.click.

What we collect

Enquiry forms collect name, email, assignment choice, site name, optional visit week, and message. We do not ask for identity-card numbers, payroll files, or health data.

Why we hold it

We use it to reply, to quote, and to schedule site visits. Field notes may include names of shift bosses you introduce to us; those stay in the assignment folder.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for 24 months. Assignment files, including reports, are kept for seven years for accounting and to answer later questions about a study week.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal data we hold, subject to records we must keep under Vietnamese accounting rules. Write to hello@panel-birchhub.click.

International transfers

Email and web hosting may store copies outside Vietnam. We choose providers that offer a written confidentiality undertaking. Site photographs used on this public website are from public image libraries, not from client pits, unless you have agreed otherwise in writing.
